Meals

Sailing and adventuring can be,at times a high energy sport,requiring more calories.Our meals are not only delicious and healthy but are adequately portioned ,so that no one goes hungry.

Three meals a day are served including snacks and cold drinks. We like fresh fruits and vegetables and, of course, our "catch of the day".

 

Some examples are;


Breakfast: Omlettes, fresh fruits, cereals, coffee, tea and juice.


Lunch: Grilled Chicken, sandwiches, pasta, salads.


Dinner: Jerk chicken, fish, pasta or paella, salads


* We are not allowed to sell alcohol. However, we can serve it, so you are welcome to bring your own (BYOB).
